The class is suitable for both newcomers and those with more experience. Meditation instruction is available. Sessions start with meditation and continue after a tea break with a talk, workshop or discussion. Creche facilities are also available for children from 6 months to 5 years, supported by experienced staff.
The first class of every month is a practice morning, devoted to meditation and ritual practices – a wonderful way to start the month. Everyone is welcome to join!
